Private Beta Access

HyperBuild is currently in private beta. Access is limited, may require an invite, and may be changed, paused, or ended while we test and improve the service.

HyperBuild Materials

HyperBuild, including its software, design, brand, and related materials, is owned by HyperBuild or its licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of our product or brand.

Changes And Availability

Beta features may change quickly and may contain bugs or interruptions. We may update the service, limit access, or revise these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

HyperBuild is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyperBuild will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
